Last night at 10:30 my Ring System went down and stopped recording, without any warning whatsoever. It appears that my pay plan expired and the credit card on file was no longer valid, so Ring simply pulled the plug! I received no notice prior to this action. Do you call this security?
Ring does sed out warning emails when your subscription is about to expire. Did it go to your Junk or Spam folder?
Ring has known about various types of billing-related problems for quite a while, but has seemingly done nothing to fix the problems – despite the (serious/unnecessary) harm that it causes customers.
Obviously, these problems need to be fixed immediately (in a manner that does NOT lower customer privacy/security).
