When I open the Ring app I get the split screen showing the doorbell and the driveway camera. The camera is showing a snapshot from April 8. Why?
Hey @Mike64. Do you have recent events on your driveway cam? If you haven’t had any activity on the camera in awhile this could be why it hasn’t updated. I noticed this once my camera was offline for awhile. I would recommend trying to trigger the Live View and it should update and continue to update as long as there is activity and/or Snapshot Capture enabled.
There had been activity in the driveway . I called tech support and I had to do a factory reset which seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help.
