I have a wired ring spotlight camera. It will not connect to WiFi and the light at the bottom is solid green. I pushed the reset button for 20 seconds and nothing happened. Any suggestions?
Hi @Michele1104. There could be a few things that are causing your camera to not connect. Make sure that your bluetooth is turned off on the cellphone you are using to connect with. Also, make sure that you’re not too far from your router and that you have the correct alphanumeric password for your network.You can also try to reboot your internet router by unplugging it for 20 seconds, then plugging it back in.
