Hi, I am using a DC transformer to power my door bell with a battery back up and it does not maintain power, I changed the transformer thinking that was the problem but it’s still the same. Can you please Help?

If you look at our Doorbell Product Comparison list here, you can see the power requirements for each model of Doorbell to ensure that your transformer meets those requirements.
