It got unplugged and now wont reconnect to wifi or set up mode. My floodlight is offline too.
Hi @Nenna2002. You can try resetting your Ring Bridge by holding down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. If you’re not able to get it set back up in the Ring App after that, would you mind reaching out tour support team for further help? You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to look into this more closely and help you get everything up and running.
