Ring battery Cam not responding to new battery

Hey does anyone know why my Stickup cam is not connecting to the new battery. Is there anything I need to do or is it a factory problem?

If the new battery was just recently ordered/ received, please ensure it’s been charged for a couple hours prior to powering your Ring device with it. I recommend also checking the battery slot or hatch on the Camera for any debris, and ensure the battery is fully inserted.
