When I tap on the RING app on my iOS device is states the app is no longer being shared with me. Then it wants me to go to the App Store to download it. What’s going on here?
Hi @Jboracer3! Try checking the app store for a Ring app update, or even remove and reinstall the Ring app to see if this resolve it. If the device you were accessing was as a shared user, you might have to request an invitation from that person again. I hope this helps!
