I want to have my wife with the RING app as well. Do I have to ‘setup’ a device on her phone app as well?
Glad you asked @jkav! You are able to invite her to be a Shared User on your Ring devices.
To add someone as a Shared User:
- Tap on the three lines at the top left on the Dashboard screen.
- Tap Devices.
- Tap on the device that you want to add a Shared Use r
- Tap Shared User (you might have to scroll to see it).
- Enter the email address of the person you want to add as a Shared User.
- Tap Add User.
- Tap Send Invite.
Once the invite is sent, the Shared User can accept the invitation via a link in their email. After accepting the invitation and waiting a few moments, your shared devices will show up on the Share User’s Ring app. I hope this helps!
