For the last week or two the video from one of the extra Ring cameras freezes within a second of going to live view in the app. This happens on my wife’s iPhone SE2. My iPhone X does not have this issue. Whats going on? Her phone connects to the camera fine, but her video is basically a “still” of whatever was happening in the room at that moment.
Hi @Slickseth. It’s interesting that this only happens on your wife’s iPhone SE2 but not your iPhone X. Is it only with the Live View that this happens, or with any previously recorded videos as well? Does this happen when connected on wifi or cellular data, or both? You can find some troubleshooting tips concerning Live View not connecting here, and I would also recommend ensuring her phone’s Ring App and OS are fully updated and that no VPNs are enabled.
