Ring app showing video doorbell not connected

So my trial for Ring Protect ended recently and I haven’t renewed it. Since then the app is showing that my video door bell is not connected. (Photo attached).

But I think it is connected because I get notifications whenever someone rings the door bell.

Also it is not capturing any image when when someone is at the door. I understand that without the protection plan videos won’t be recorded but Can someone confirm of the images are also not captured?


Hi @animeshporwal. Thank you for sharing that screenshot! This means that your Doorbell needs to be reconnected to wifi. This Help Center Article here will go over exactly how to accomplish this. I hope this helps!
