Ring app on iPhones 12app pro not working!

Just recently the app stopped working on my iPhone 12 Pro Max ……. Everything is up to date on my phone plus I’ve recently bought an iPad and the ring app works on here. I’m using the same log on details on both devices but the error message on the log in screen on my iPhone says ‘An error has occurred. Please try again later.’
I’ve also uninstalled the app on my phone but still get the same error message, can someone shed light on this plz as I don’t get notifications when someone is at my door now because I don’t carry my iPad around with me​:see_no_evil::see_no_evil:

Hi @user7023. What version of the Ring app is installed on your iPhone? Do you get this error when on WiFi only or Cellular Data only? Also, is there an Active VPN running on your iPhone? If possible, please share a screenshot of the error you are getting so I can share this with my team. Thank you!

I am having the same problem. Deleted and reinstalled app on my iPhone 12 , restarted iPhone
and now I cannot even log in on my iPhone. Ring works fine on my iPad.
