My Ring App on Android is not responding and the timeline is not working too
Sorry to hear about this, @Manakrih! Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on this mobile device. As you mentioned it is android, please check for any android apps that conflict with the Ring app. I hope this helps!
I have the same issue.
I installed ring app in 2 android phones, without any of the android apps that conflict with the Ring App, my internet connection is over 100 Mbps and device RSSI-30.
What can I do more to fix this problem?
Hi @mfaraujo. Does this happen when you are on cellular data also? Try turning off wifi on your Android to see if that improves your Live View. Are you able to get Live View to activate on any other devices, such as a tablet or iPad? This Community post here has some helpful information on Live View. I hope this helps!
