Hi I went to change the tone on my ring app but I get the warning message (picture attached) I have deleted the app restarted the phone and my iPad and reinstalled but sill get the same error message I have also took a picture of the version number. The issue isn’t located on one device it is all of them, is there any work around?
Hi @Rob_M. Thank for attaching the photos. It looks like you are on the same version on the Ring app I am on, good! I would check the settings on you iPhone. Go to Notifications, then Ring and see if you’ve allowed permissions. If this doesn’t allow your sounds to load, I’d reach out to our support team to help investigate this.
