Having issues with the Ring app not refreshing the camera history when a video is deleted. Have to close the app and then restart. Getting this error message. Using an Android device. This just started
Hi @cloewer2. After you delete an event from the Event History, have you tried going back to the Main Menu and then going back into the Event History to see if it updates? Do you have to fully close out of the Ring App and open it back up in order for the Event History to update? I would recommend making sure your phone’s OS and the Ring App are both fully updated.
