Ring App-deletes first doorbell when adding second

When I add a second doorbell at a different location, the app deletes the already installed doorbell. I have tried this several times, and the existing doorbell always disappears after installation of the second. All was working fine during trial period -both were successfully installed. They were auto-deleted because I changed my subscription plans and I have had this problem since.

Hey @MaryL2020. This is indeed off and I’m not too sure why this could be happening. Are you ensuring you are setting up the correct second Doorbell? The only reason one should “replace” the other is when you are re-setting up the same device. Although, this seems to not be the case, but I wanted to point that out. To get this sorted out, could you please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
