I have a ring doorbell 2.
I improved the signal with an Orbi router and satellite however my echo no longer chimes when the doorbell is pressed. Neither does the Orbi voice. My phone no longer chimes. The system can’t find my chime pro.
I did re-install the ring app under skills. Doorbell press is activated
What step am I missing?
Hi @EAlonz01. Have you made sure that alerts are enabled on your Doorbell specifically? You can check this by going into the Ring App > Main Menu > Devices > your Doorbell and toggling on Motion and Ring Alerts. This will need to be on in order for Alexa and your phone to alert you when the Doorbell is pressed or motion is detected.
