Hi folks…I searched around and didn’t see anything. I don’t have a subscription and I was alerted at 6:21am which I checked around 8AM and there is no recording. Is that because of no subscription?
Good question @Antmichel! Your Ring Alarm devices are not Camera enabled. This means that while your Motion Detector will detect motion, there will not be anything to record this event, unless you have a Ring Camera or Video Doorbell.
If you do have a Ring Camera or Video Doorbell, a subscription is necessary to view your recordings. I hope this helps!
