Ring alarm base station offline randomly on WiFi

My base station started to go offline randomly for about a month now. Tried connecting with Ethernet cable, noticed an update started immediately, then seems to be fine. But whenever I unplug the Ethernet cable and use WiFi, the base station goes offline.

I receive about 50 notifications when it lose and restore connection, anyone else has this issue?

This is so annoying as it also affects my Alexa routines, do we have a fix for this?

Hi @Zane. If possible, you may want to try moving the Base Station closer to your router so that it’s receiving a stronger wifi signal. If this still continues to happen, would you mind following up with our support team directly? They’ll be able to take a closer look at this for you. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
