I’m struggling to get my ring 4 working without the chime which my daughter has broken how do I reconnect it
Hi @user23499. Are you referring to a Ring Chime or Chime Pro? Or is this an internal chime kit in your home from an existing doorbell circuit? If your Doorbell 4 is offline, try to reconnect it to wifi in the Ring app using the steps in our Help Center article here.
