I’ve got no sound on liveview or event history playback
We have had the same issue today. No problems up to now. Did you manage to fix it?
Hey neighbors! If you’re having concerns with a lack of audio on your Ring device, I’d suggest performing a reset and a new setup to refresh your Doorbell’s connection with the Ring App and your home wifi network. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, the Ring App will take you through a new setup under the Set Up a Device screen.
