Ring 2nd Gen - Delayed notifications

I am getting delayed doorbell and motion notifications up to 2 hours delayed. Typically about 5 to 30 seconds delayed if someone rings the bell or motion detected.

A few weeks ago when I called support, it was an automated message saying the services are not working, and Ring was working on the issue. Any updates?

No solution from your phone support staff. They were just reading off the check list.
