Ring 2 stopped connecting

I have a ring video doorbell 2 that has worked perfectly until recently. Now it will not connect to Wi-Fi, nor will it ring or record video. I have rebooted my router and modem, turned off and then on the breaker, pushed the reset button and waited more than a minute, held the reset button down for 20 seconds and waited more than a minute, checked to make sure all wires are still connected. I don’t know what else to do. It is very close to my connection/router and has worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago

The best next step will be to charge the battery for several hours, to ensure it is completely charged and able to reconnect.

Thank you for your suggestion. I failed to mention that it is wired, and according to the app battery is at 100%. Nonetheless I will do as you have suggested and I appreciate the contact info.
