Ring doorbell not working? Battery fully charged but not connecting, showing blue circle
Hi @Gailydan. What model Doorbell do you have? Is it stuck on a solid blue light and not going into setup mode? If it was in setup mode, it would spin a white light when you pressed the setup button on the Doorbell.
