Ring 2 doorbell useless

My ring doorbell 2 has suddenly stopped working, battery is full and wireless network is fully operational and functional
Strange it said battery low and when I put back the charged battery it’s completely dead

Hi @832b4580fd72d1bc6acb. If you haven’t already, I would suggest resetting the Doorbell and attempting to set it back up in the Ring App after fully charging it. Make sure to try a different power outlet as well and allow it to charge for up to 8 hours to fully charge the battery. You can then reset it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
