Have it hardwired and it’s worked fine for 2 years. Last week it stopped recognizing that it is wired. Doesn’t charge the battery and doesn’t chime the wired bell. I checked and it still has 20VAC at the terminals. A reset made it recognize the wiring for a day or two. But it’s not recognizing it again. And a reset didn’t help this time.

I have this same exact issue. Just started today. I will try a reset but does this mean Ring is obsoleting our products?
