My front doorbell has stopped working and I have had it for about 5 and a half years, so the warranty has long since expired. I thought I read somewhere that if you return an old non-working product, you can get a discount towards a new one to replace it if you’re no longer covered by the warranty. Is this true, and if it is, how do you go about doing it? I can’t remember where I read it before, but I just thought I’d double check before I purchase a new one. Thanks for any help offered!
