Removing Location - Fails Constantly

I have two locations, old location needs to be deleted.

Can’t delete it. Still shows a Ring base station assigned to it.

Tried to remove base station from account, no option(s) to do that.

Keep getting an error telling me that there’s a system delay and to try again later.

Spent 1+ hours on phone with tech support. Only solution was to uninstall/reinstall app.

I have tried to do this. Problem is my plan which is Protect Plus expires 7/24/2021.

I do not want/need this plan anymore, and even though it will expire in a couple weeks, I want to remove the unused/unmonitored location from my account immediately.

There’s no option to change the plan to expire immediately.

Ring tech support: You have to be able to use some sort of super-user access to get into the account and remove it. I’m not asking for miracles, just access to remove a location I don’t live at anymore where there’s no equipment, where there’s no monitoring. That’s all.

Hi @Mister_eee. If you haven’t already, try logging into your Ring account via the app on a different phone or tablet if you have one available, to see if that allows you to remove the old location.
