Remove Ring from account


I was trying to re-setup my ring ( i lost my password to the ring account and also changed my wifi password) . But while trying to reset up the wifi I removed the device from my account accidently.

Now i’m trying to set it back up … but I keep getting an error saying the ring is already registered…
There are no products in my devices screen! How do i remove the device? Hard reset of the device does not do it


Hi @SOOM. Are you signed in to the same Ring account that the Doorbell was initially set up under? If not, that may be why you’re receiving this error message.
