Base has red power indicator and won’t connect to network via wifi or Ethernet
Hi @TEW. You can attempt to do a quick reboot of the Ring Alarm Base Station to see if that will allow a connection. To do this, briefly tap the reset button on the back of the Base Station using a paperclip or something similar. It is important to only tap this button and not hold it down. Holding it down can result in a partial factory restore which can only be fixed by our Ring Alarm support team.
