Recent Playback/Streaming Issue

Recently had an issue where some events would be playable and others weren’t. Went through troubleshooting with Ring Support but no help. They sent me a replacement but still same issue.

It turned out to be that my Circle device (content filter / web protection) was partially blocking the Ring Doorbell Pro from sending some video recordings to the Ring database. It actually sent all event metadata but just not the recording itself (but intermittently). Once I made the Ring device an unmanaged device in my Circle settings - it immediately starting working as it should. Just wanted to share this with the Community in case someone else had the same issues.
