How do i add back my ring device? When i scan the macid it says another owner still owns this device? I am the owner but i deleted it from my ring app by error now i can’t add this device, help!
Hi @Mnjsolatte. Are you sure you completely removed the Ring device from your account? If you’re receiving that message when you try to set it up, it means that it is still associated with a different Ring account. You can read more about device ownership in this Help Center Article. It’s also possible you may have set up a second location in your Ring App as well, so you can try tapping the name of your location in the top center of the Ring App to make sure you’re set to the location with your device on it.
