My app still tells me I have no plan. How do I get it to work?

If you have purchased your Protect Plan and the device is still not storing your videos for events recorded after the plan is purchased, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
