Hi @Billyp44. If you already had a Ring Protect Plan on you account and you’re adding a new plan, this could cause the date to be less than a year. The reason for this is, Ring will make it so your new plan is billed on the same day your existing plan is billed. You should only be charged a prorated amount for the time used, if less than a year. I hope this makes sense.
