Protection Plan Subscription Error: - 404: The page you're looking for doesn't exist.

I’m trying to purchase a protection plan and every time I log in to my account both on my phone and on the computer, once I select “Plan Coverage” in my online account, I get redirected to a page and at the top it states:

404: The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist.

I live in Ontario, Canada. I would assume Ring offers protection plans in Canada.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Hi @SpenserL25! This should not be happening. If you have not already, I recommend trying on multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc), as well as trying on wifi connection only, or cell data connection only, to see if one loads the page better. Please also ensure there is not a VPN on either device that might be interfering, and that the proper region version of the website is selected for your region.
