I purchased the basic protect plan and the app says my videos are not recording. What do I need to do to fix it?
Hi: So when you go to History you are not seeing any saved videos? Are you sure the plan actually went into effect? You can log into your account on a pc, then make sure your coverage is in effect. Try that first and report back.
Hi @FlorenceAnne. As @trail-explorer mentioned, it’s good to double-check that your Ring Protect plan is in effect first. Once you’ve checked that, try testing out a new event by triggering a motion event or a Live View, and then going back to see if you can review the recorded event in your Event History.
