I was trying to setup my indoor stick up cam to a new WiFi network. It cam up with the error product registered to other owner. So, I deleted it from my account and then tried to set it up like I was adding a new device. I keep getting the same error. I am using the latest app version and I have the latest iOS on my phone. I have been trying this for the last 2 hours. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have done a hard reboot of my iPhone 10. Nothing changes, keep getting the same error.

When looking to change wifi networks of a Ring device that is remaining at the same location, this can be done in the device health section of your Ring app. To change networks, follow the steps in this Help Center article. This method should not prompt a setup or owner message. Please also ensure this is being done on the owner account. I hope this helps!
