I am trying to set up my new doorbell and while it’s asking me for a QR code and I’m entering it it’s coming up invalid every time. I can’t get anyone on the phone from customer service. What do I do now?
Hi @Adiya. Can you please share a screenshot of what part of the setup process you’re currently at? This will give me a better idea of what you’re seeing so I can make some recommendations. I’d also recommend restarting your phone before attempting the setup process again, as some neighbors have found that this helps resolve any setup concerns.
