Pro video doorbell has power but pushing the reset button on side of doorbell has no affect. No lights come on so can’t reconnect. Was working before
Hi @Kurt4. I would double check the power on your Ring Pro. If it is in fact getting power, you should be seeing some indication of this by the lights on the Ring Pro. If your Ring Pro is still completely unresponsive, you may need to reach out to our support team to take a closer look.
