My installer left out the power pro kit, my doorbell is working ok but is this a required piece?
Hi @Moje5ring. The Pro Power Kit is required to be installed with your Doorbell Pro. If it’s installed without it, this could cause damage to your Doorbell. I’d suggest reaching out to our support team so they can take a look and make sure your Doorbell is installed and working properly.
