Portal will not speak to Ring V3 video doorbell

My Portal will not speak to Ring V3 video doorbell but shows video and receives voice. It is all set up through the Alexa app and the Portal audio works fine on video call.

Any suggestions Please?

Hi @queensporter. Can you specify what device you’re trying to use with the Video Doorbell? We are integrated with Alexa, which you can read more about in our Help Center Articles here, but if you’re referring to a Facebook Portal device - we are integrated with them at this time. This would be why you’re unable to connect the Portal to your Doorbell. As we’re always looking to expand the integrations we have available, we’ve created a Feature Request board.
