Poor Wi-fi connection on stick up cam

So I’ve did a Wi-fi test next to my ring stick up cameras upload 69mbps down load 18mbps ping 16 why are both cameras showing poor Wi-fi connection? They are connected to the same Wi-fi extender as per the test and are only 3m away from it.
