Poor Warrenty Support

I am very disappionted in the customer service… I have been a customer for years (5+) …

I had a ring flood light which is less than 2 years old fail and when I requested to leverage the warranty program that is part of my subscription I was told I missed a payment a year ago which has been fully automatic and it seem to be resolved the next day (no change to my CC) automatically they would not support the warrenty claim.

This is an issue between RIng and/or my bank and could happened for a number of electronic reasons but not because there was no money in the account…

Seems like they’re looking for an excuse not to support the warranty for this $200 flood light who’s LED (that should last manny years) has failed in less than 2 years.

Stand by your products please.
