I have had a Ring Pro since early December and used to have issues with it losing connection due to wi-fi issues. This was resolved with the installation of a wi-fi extender in the house.
However, I am now periodically losing connection as a result of poor power. The Ring Pro has been fitted using an official Ring Pro plug in adapter so as far as I am aware I should not have these problems. Does anyone else have the same problem, and if they have had this issue, how was it resolved?
