Poor Customer Service Lately

Hi Ring Team,

We are really disappointed in the service we’ve received with our faulty RING camera.

We’ve phoned you twice & your representatives have said that a new camera was going to be sent & a request I.D was asigned.

We haven’t heard from you since.

Please give us an update or we’ll be unlikely to recommend your services in the future.
