Hi there, @WhoIsYou! For neighbors who are concerned about specialized burglars, there are a couple PoE capable devices available at Ring.com. Our Stick Up Camera Elite and the Video Doorbell Elite are able to connect and operate via PoE.
As we try to offer our neighbors many solutions, the Alarm system also has a cellular and battery backup feature.
