Plus account Video

I purchased a plus account but can only see videos for past 24 hours I think I am not getting credit for paid plus account?

Hey @Dgrinde. Once you subscribe to a Ring Protect Plan, you will be able to see all videos that are recorded after the plan has been subscribed. Any older videos will be inaccessible, as there was not a plan active at the time to cover it. Depending on your location, you should be able to see videos up to 30 or 60 days from when they’ve been recorded. If you continue to have any issues with recordings not being saved past 24 hours, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
