Please help me

My devise just stopped working after only about a month.
Says I need a subscription!
There is no information on how to do that.
What service? For what?
How much does it cost?
Who do I pay?
How do I do it?
Is there a Customer Service phone number or E Mail?
There is no response from the numbers & emails on their site.
