Plan - Invoice

I am surprised that I am asking a forum for this help, but there does not seem to be way of sending an email to Ring.

I subscribed to one of the plans and was expecting to have an email sent to me with an invoice attached, the help seems to indicate that there will be one available under the Orders. But the Plans don’t seem to be shown under orders and I could not find a similar link to an invoice under Plans.

Perhaps I am missing something, hopefully somebody from Ring can sort this out for me as soon as possible.

Hi @Floods. For an invoice, this would be best handled with our support team here via chat or phone call to get this quickly. You can also email them at at anytime. They will be happy to help at anytime to get that invoice for you! :smiley_cat:
