Phone will not silence camera notification

Hi,
My two cameras notifications sound cannot be controlled using my Google Pixel 3a’s sound button. The phone is muted but the camera’s both still chime.

Is it possible to control the camera sound using the phone, or am I forced to silence the cameras using the Ring app?

Hey @Pvring! Your Cameras’ alert tones and volume can be controlled within the App. Visit the Camera device page in your app > tap “Device Settings” > tap “Alert Settings” > Tap “App Alert Tones” > Here you will see a slider for volume control and various tone options. Let us know how this works for you.
