Hi. I installed my new peephole door bell. But nothing working. Battery is full. No lights on front and reset button not doing anything. . Don’t know what else to do.
Hi there, @Suzey! The best next step here will be to check the ribbon cable that connects the outdoor assembly with the indoor assembly. Please ensure this is securely connected and there is not any debris on the contacts where it connects. Thank you I will check that in a bit , that will be the thin flex cable, I have ordered a new one just incase it was damaged when I installed it
